He is survived by: his wife Jerilyn Benham; his daughters, Ashley Benham, Katelyn Benham (Chase Satterthwaite) and Cortney Benham; his grandson Hunter Mizerny; and his siblings, James Benham, Ramona Paciullo and Judy Benham. He is also survived by husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle.
