She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Gans and Doris Drake Gans; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Gans and Victor Novak. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Novak; her children, Christine Piatkowski (Walter) and Rob Novak (Tyanne); her grandchildren, Kayla, Kara Piatkowski, Luke and Sam Novak; her brothers, Herb Gans (Janice) and Bob Gans; and her sister-in-law Ann Fortier.
