She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lyons and Edna Lyons (Rommeihs); her husband Robert Thomas O'Neill; and her brothers, William, Donald and Robert Lyons.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. O'Neill (Tammie), Cynthia O'Neill Pennell (Chuck) and Brian K. O'Neill (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Ryan Pennell (Madison), Alyssa Pennell (Daniel Snape), Nicholas O'Neill and Kelsey O'Neill.
The family requests in lieu of flowers to consider making a donation St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her name.
