He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francesco Pontoriero and Caterina Pontoriero; his wife Rosalind; his children, Catherine, Frank and Cristina; his children-in-law, Joe, Michelle and Jeff; and his grandchildren, Michael Aldo, Gabriella, Michael Vincent, Giuliana and Marco.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Galante Funeral Home-Union (2800 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 8:15 AM at the Galante Funeral Home (2800 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (259 Oliver St, Newark, NJ 07105). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
