She was predeceased by: her daughter Jennifer Matos; her sister Alina; and also Arturo. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, John R. III, Michael (Marilyn) and Margaret; her grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Kaylee, John IV, Mike, Mitch, Mark, Miles and Mason; and her great grandchildren, Lilly and Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Farrell Family Scholarship at Union County College Foundation http://www.ucc.edu.
