She is survived by: her husband George Captain, Sr.; her children, Christine Perrine (James), Patricia Captain and Jeffrey Captain; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Captain; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Sarah and Christopher; and her niece Georgene.
