She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Kopek; her parents, John Mizak and Helen Mizak (Horoschik); and her brother John Mizak. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kopek, Christine Kalenowski (Ralph) and Thomas Kopek (Carmen); her grandchildren, Crystal, T. J., Derek, Stefanie, Corrine, Victoria and Joey; and her great grandchildren, Aydin, Hayden, Niko, Addison and Hunter.
