It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret T Jonassen of Edison, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Larkin and Mary Larkin; her husband Arthur O. Jonassen; and her sons, Robert and David Jonassen.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Jonassen of Trinity Texas, Alicia Fitzpatrick (Sean) of Chester and Timothy Jonassen of Aventura; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Caroline, Jack and Daniel; and her great grandchild Ayden.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Gosselin Funeral Home (660 New Dover Rd, Edison, NJ 08820). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Helena Church (950 Grove Ave, Edison, NJ 08820). An entombment will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:15 AM at the St. Gertrude's Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
