She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Gage; her brother Donald Grickowski; her mother Helen Kazmierczak Grickowski; her grandmother Mary Neidzwiecka Kazmierczak; and her cousins, Richard J. Sullivan and Raymond D. Nietupski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Reybok (Richard) of Boca Raton and Rita Brzozowski of Hackettstown; her grandchildren, Samantha, Kaitlyn, Daniel and Ava; her cousins, Rodney Rita Mohr (Sullivan), Lynn DiPlacido (Nietupski), Karen Gimson (Krozier), Russell Sullivan, Mark Nietupski, David Krozier and Gery Nietupski; her sister-in-law Maureen Grickowski; her nieces and nephews, Donna Yanusz, Toni Kayatin, Paula Mehl, Daniel Grickowski and Matthew Grickowski; her goddaughter Kristi Marie Steinmetz; and also, Therese Sullivan, Irene Krozier and Rita Regina Nietupski.
