He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael "Sunny" Karabinchak and Sophie Nagy Karabinchak. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Concepcion; his children, Sophia of Piscataway and Richard Michael Karabinchak of Piscataway; his sister Kelly Senyszyn (Bo) of Texas; his siblings-in-law, James Concepcion and Lee Gianfrancesco; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Senyszyn, Rachel Boyle, Michael Senyszyn and Christian Concepcion.
