He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Testa and Julia Delguidice Testa; and his siblings, Joseph, Phillip, Phyllis and Julia.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sodono Testa; his sister Marie; his stepchildren, Anthony Sodono, III (Leanne) and Susan Annunziata (Pete); his grandchildren, Lauren Giamella (Frank), Anthony Sodono, IV, Talia Annunziata and Logan Sodono; and his great grandchild Leo James Giamella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
