He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Beth Costigan. He is survived by: his wife Elda Costigan; his brothers, Philip Costigan of Merrick, NY, Paul Costigan (Susan) of Merrick, NY and William Costigan of Florida; his nieces, Jennifer Thomas (Wayne), Meghan Kraus (Justin) of Bellmore, NY. and Amanda Pawski (Paul); his nephew Sean Costigan (Michelle); and also, Barbara Bradley and Celina Wang.
