She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Paszynski and Katherine Paszynski; her husband Thomas Gockel; her siblings, Jean Parker, Stanley Pazinski, Walter Pazinski, Edward Paszinski and Henry Paszinski; her son James Gockel; and her granddaughter Jacqueline Gockel.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Marie Gockel), Kathy (Jack Frenchu), David (Lynn Gockel), Daniel (Linda Gockel), Brian Gockel (Robert Lutz), Carolyn Gordon, Susan (Nicholas Dazzo) and Jane (Randy Aldrich); her grandchildren, Jaesy, Alex, Jack, Tom, Steven, Nicholas, Scout, Connor, Danny, Delia, Richard, Anita, John, Brendan and Joseph; her great grandchild Alpha; her sister Carol Martis; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph and Mary Paszinski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
