He is survived by: his children, Christopher Tice, Loretta Tice (John Roberts), Lisa Tice (Frank Mayo), Lynn Mesler and Jennifer Tice Spagnoli (Larry Spagnoli); his grandchildren, Christopher Guarda, Jennifer Basso, Jeffrey Mesler, Zephan Gilani, Anthony Mesler, Sabrina Taylor, Isabella Mayo, Michael Spagnoli and Alexander Spagnoli; his great grandchildren, Talula, Jeffrey, Presley, Milania, Cashus, Nikko, Tatum and Leo; his brothers, Jack and Robert Hahn; and his former wife Marie Tremmel.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home (660 New Dover Rd, Edison, NJ 08820). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Hazelwood Cemetery Chapel (64 Lake Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067). The military honors will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Hazelwood Cemetery (64 Lake Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).

“As a child I would visit my dad every other year or so. When I was twenty years old he offered for me to be his apprentice. I found the true meaning of "impeccable" in his work ethic. And where did it come from? He was totally self-taught. He believed in himself that he could reach great heights and the reality followed. Now he is in a better place, not that his place on this earth was a bad one. All of his trials are over. He put his time to good use and left a legacy of breathtaking artwork.”
