He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Hall Jr. and Grace O'Brien Hall of Bloomfield, CT.; and his siblings, Ronald Hall (Alice) and Lois Folger. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hall (McKnight); his brother-in-law Allan Folger; his children, Susan Harkins (Bruce) of Bridgewater, NJ, David Hall (Linda) of Ashburn, VA and Wayne Hall (Linda) of Fayetteville, GA; his grandchildren, Brittany Klancher (Hall) of Ashburn, VA, Milena Harkins of Bound Brook, NJ, Rachel Hall of Scottsdale, AZ, Jarred Hall of Fayetteville, GA and Jordan Hall of Palmetto, GA; and his great grandchildren, A. J., Johnny, Amelia and John.
