He is survived By his wife Nirmala Pudota Mallavarapu; his children, Thomas Mallavarapu (Lucina) of Apple Valley, CA, Joseph Mallavarapu (Purna) of Plano, TX, Vimala Puthota (Abraham) of Harriman, NY, Fatima Yedanapalli (Philips) of Austin, TX and Mary Latha Mallavarapu of Edison, NJ; his siblings, Leo Mallavarapu of Pomona, NY, Joe Mallavarapu of Tulsa, OK, Louis Mallavarapu of Springfield, IL, Anne Karnati of Brooklyn, NY, Prema Nareddy of New Port Richey, FL and Nirmala Konda of Tampa, FL.
