He was predeceased by: his daughters, Joanne Fedirko and Laura Herrera; his parents, Mary Kirk and Hugh Kirk; and his sister Mary Lou Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Lenox (Colella); his grandchildren, Alex and Olivia Herrera; his sons-in-law, Brian Fedirko and Bert Herrera; his brother Dennis Kirk; his sister-in-law Anna Marie Gordon; and his niece Carolyn Nicoll.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter Johnson Funeral Home (803 Raritan Rd, Clark, NJ 07066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Helena RC Church (950 Grove Ave, Edison, NJ 08820). A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
