He is survived by: his mother Lillian Cuza (Mayor); his daughter Kylie Rose; his stepmother Nora Dixon; his siblings, Barbara Dixon, Toni Acosta, Kelly Cuza and David Cuza; and his former spouse Larissa Maurer. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
