He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Stehl and Elliot Weidele; his siblings, Raymond, George, Billy, Geri Bauchkey (Don) and Eileen Schroeder; his son-in-law Philip Brummer; and his grandson Kyle Phillip Brummer.

He is survived by: his son Arthur J. Weidele (Maureen); his wife Fran; his daughters, Theresa Brummer and Elena Weidele (Cathy Ricci); his grandchildren, Chelsie (Nathan), Samantha (Justin), Trevor (Nicole) and Griffin; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Cora, Jackson and Mollie.
