She is survived by: her children, Konstantinos Kapasakis of Metuchen, Eleni Kapasakis-Wahba (Hany Wahba) of North Brunswick and Evelyn Kapasakis-Minto (Rich Minto) of Port Charlotte, Florida; her siblings, Stavros of Athens, Greece, Thanasis Skarakis of Athens, Greece and Theano Kritsotakis of Flushing; and her grandchildren, Chris, Sofia, Gus and Katerina.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick (555 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (1101 River Rd, Piscataway, NJ 08854).
