He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Barbara Toepert (Glenn) and Harry J. Lasher, Jr.; his grandsons, Michael and Joseph Toepert; and his siblings, George, Susanna and Edward.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the Edgewater American Legion Post #116 or The Edgewater Volunteer Fire Department.
