We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2024, at the age of 82, Edwin J. Goodwin Jr. of Edgewater, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Edwin had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Edwin may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Madeline; his children, Amy Sandnes (Ziggy), Nora Tibus (Steve) and Edwin Goodwin, III (Dawn); his great grandchild Kaiden; and his siblings, Robert Goodwin (Theresa) and Glenn Goodwin.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frank Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Directors (327 Main St, Fort Lee, NJ 07024). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary R. C. Church (365 Undercliff Ave, Edgewater, NJ 07020). A burial was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the George Washington Memorial Park (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652).
