It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Fitzsimmons of Edgewater Park, New Jersey, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fitzsimmons and Jane Fitzsimmons; his siblings, Jane Frawley and Walter Fitzsimmons; and his son Thomas Fitzsimmons.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gould; his children, Steve Fitzsimmons and Kerin Pearson; his grandchildren, Samantha Cronce (Anthony), Elizabeth Petnicki, Kaitlin Pierce (Matt), Shannon Fitzsimmons, Christopher Pearson, Sean Fitzsimmons (Bridget) and Casey Fitzsimmons; his great grandchild Nico Cronce; and his brother John Fitzsimmons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Donations made to St. Francis Inn, Attn: Sister Leslie, 2441 Kensington Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19125 in memory of Larry Fitzsimmons, wife of Pat, members of the Corpus Christi Seniors Club would be appreciated by his family.
