He was predeceased by: his son Matthew LeCates; his mother Adeline LeCates; his siblings, Barbara Klein, Wesley and Albert LeCates; and his pets, Sissy and Buster.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie LeCates; his children, Michelle D'Ascentis (Fred), Jennifer Bell (Michael), Nicole LeCates and Jaime LeCates (Greg DeWitt); his grandchildren, Amanda, Anthony, Mikey, Danielle, Joey, Nick, Antonio and Ali; his sisters, Jane Arena (Robin) and Jeanette Wahl; his siblings-in-law, Debbie LeCates, Nancy Klauder (Tim), Kathleen Lindsey (Fred) and Bob Leighton (Jean); and his caregiver Dr. Satti. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
