He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stevens and Dorothy Stevens; his son Wayne Arthur; and his granddaughter Chelsea Lauren. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann; his children, Donald Michael (Bonnie), Lisa Ann Leitmeyer (Joe), Matthew D. (Christine), Kelly Ann Alvarez and Kenneth W. Spencer; his grandchildren, Trista, Delylah, Nicholas, Ian, Wayne Jr., Joshua, Andrew, Amanda, Adam, Brianna, Brynn, Bridie (Matthias), Jadon and Ava; and his great grandchild Kaylee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
