He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel A. Roa and Francisca Roa (Avacena). He is survived by: his wife Preciousa Roa (Lancero); his son Lif Van Roa (Elvira B.) of Tinton Falls; and his grandchildren, Love Roa and Vanni Roa.
