She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Howes and Toni Howes. She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Smith, Sr.; her children, Timothy Kyak, Richard Smith, Jr., Daniel Smith, William Smith, Stefanie Kyak and Jennifer Moore (Jesse); and her siblings, William Howes (Jackie), Anthony Petillo (Sue) and Janine Schriefer of Point Pleasant.
