He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Volmer; his wife Nancy Volmer; his parents, Margaret Volmer and Edwin Volmer; and his siblings, Edwin Volmer, Jr., Dorothy Corvino, Constance Miller, Kenneth Volmer, Dan McCaffrey, Jack McCaffrey and Dennis McCaffrey.
