He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce (Peluso) and John J. Chiafullo, Sr.; and his brother Tommy Chiafullo. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Chiafullo; his close friend Carol Lalonde-Gell; and his brother Bobby Chiafullo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
