She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Bud" Carter. She is survived by: her children, Glenn William Carter, Deborah Lynn Schmidt and Little Silver; her sister Lorraine Thiele; her granddaughters, Jamie (Marc) and Mackenzie (Barclay); and her great grandchild Abraham. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
