She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Carter and Judy Carter; her children, Virginia Carter of Asbury Park, NJ, Katherine Kettles of Asbury Park, NJ and Earl Carter of Asbury Park, NJ; her siblings, Estell Carter, Patty Carter, Ollie Carter, Ann Carter and Joe Carter; and her grandchildren, Marcus Carter, Lamecca Ellenwood, Markeys Carter, Najearia Ellenwood, Marqual Carter, McQuinn Taylor and Breanna West. She was also cherished by seven great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
