He was predeceased by: his parents, Nickolaos Bras and Irene Bras; his wife Irene Bras of Volada, Karpathos.; and also, Giorgos Erotokritou, Eugenia, Yiannis Mastrogianis, Fotini, Giannis Kiparisis, Minas, Maria Bras, Theodora Bras, Kalliopi, Manolis Zografakis, Anna Bras, Sofia, Vasilis Rousaki, Despina, Mihalis Hrisafinis, Zoi, Nikos Zavolas and Kostas Papanastasiou.
He is survived by: his daughter Eleni Vergis; his son-in-law Emmanuel Vergis; and his granddaughters, Irene Alexia Vergis and Mary Sophia Vergis.
