With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Alfano (East Rutherford, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on March 30, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her child Thomas Alfano; her grandchild Arlene Alfano; and her sibling Clarence. She is survived by: her children, Linda (Joseph Laquaglia) and Leonard (Antonia Edwards); her grandchildren, Vanessa Edwards, Matthew, Carlo and Patricia Alfano; her great grandchildren, Kimberly (Mat), James, Alexander and Gabriella; her great great grandchildren, Alexander and Arianna; her siblings, Shirley Edwards, Irene, Melville, Hazel, Norman and Harold; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Santander (John Paul) and Diane Gingerelli.
In lieu of flowers donations in Anita's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Veterans Organization.
