She was predeceased by: her parents, Savino Saponara and Philomena Saponara (D'Anzieri); her husband Joseph J. Spada; her brothers, Theodore, Sam and Charles "Bill" Saponara; and her daughter Madelyn.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph W. Spada (Tamara) of Mendham, NJ and Lisa Spada of Basking Ridge, NJ; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Jarrett and Brett Spada.
