She was predeceased by: her parents, David Filmore Sr. and Rosie Lee Dawson; her husband Robert Lee Johnson; and her siblings, Arthur Flowers, Jessie James Filmore, Hayward Dawson and Annie Ruth Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Towanna Johnson and Tyrone Johnson (Annette Quinde); her siblings, Willie C. Filmore, David Filmore Jr., Rosetta Filmore and Palistine Dawson; her grandchildren, Tyrone White, Gary Barboza Jr. and Desiree Harris; and her great grandchildren, Kassan White, Ari-Craig McPherson, Miguel Weathersbee, Miracle Matthews, Naja Martin, Kaela Barboza and Enyla Latta. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
