He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Walker and James Chambers; and his brothers, Jerome and Robert Smith. He is survived by: his wife Almeta Walker; his children, Reginald Walker of East Orange, NJ, Eric Walker (Celeste Scott) of Lawrence, MA, James M. Walker of Newark, NJ and Monica Gregoire (Chris) of North Chelmsford, MA.; and his grandchildren, Janae Walker, James John Walker, Lillian Gregoire and Margaret Gregoire.
