She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Battle and Eileen Battle (Ormsby); her husband John Joseph O'Gara; her siblings, William "Willy", John, Thomas "Tommy" Battle and Helen Christoforou; her siblings-in-law, Leslie Carlisle, Sally Kelleher, Catherine "Kay" Prior, Peter O'Gara and Mort Kelleher; and her second love John Nepa.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen O'Gara-Bamert (Keith), James "Jimmy", John Paul "JP" O'Gara and Erin O'Gara-Meier (Steve); her grandchildren, Ryan, Mark Bamert, Stephanie "Stevie", Anthony Meier, John Paul "JJ" Dimano, Finley Eileen O'Gara, Heather Grace, Erik, Lukas, Maria Battle and Taylor Hughes; her siblings-in-law, Tommy, Brian "Bernie" O'Gara, Maisie and Celia O'Gara; her goddaughters, Barbara (Battle), Ferrara (Joe) and Christine O'Gara-Mazzacca (Marc); and her nephew Bill Battle (Willy).
