He is survived by: his mother Janeta Powell (Nee Miller) of East Orange, NJ; his sons, Edwin Roy Sharpe Jr. of Suffolk, VA, Deandre Sharpe of Irvington, NJ, Aitalia, Alexis Sharpe of Orange, NJ and Teshanay Sharpe of Mandeville Jamaica; and his siblings, Trevor "Perry" Powell of Whiteplains, MD, Wayne "Chris" Crosse of Maplewood, NJ, Joseph "Joe" Powell of Woodbridge, VA, Jeffrene Sharpe of Canada, Charlene Sharpe, Suzette Sharpe and Phillip Sharpe of Harbour View. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, a grandnephew.
