He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Antoinette Davis; his former wife Donna Lamo Davis; his parent Francis J. Davis; and his brother Martin S. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis; his children, Timothy Patrick Davis, Jr. (Kate) of Old Bridge, Tara Marie Hanna (Joseph) of Marlboro, Nicholas Albert Davis of Howell, Dylan Jonathan Wheeler of Jersey City and Aaron Marshall Wheeler of Old Bridge; his siblings, Francis J. Davis, Jr. (Barbara) of Brick, John V. Davis (Kim) of Centennial, Colorado and Susan M. Bottiglieri (Frank) of Milltown; and his grandchildren, Logan Robert Davis, Joseph Nagib Hanna and Madeline Donna Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
