He is survived by: his wife Gladys Arroyo of New York, NY; his daughters, Brenda Arroyo (Edmundo) of Hartford, CT, Sandy Acosta (Alvin) of East Brunswick, NJ, Cindy Fontanez (Mike) of New York, NY, Janet Arroyo (Paul Peras) of Queens, NY, Jessica Arroyo of New York, NY and Christina Arroyo (Omar Soto) of Lincoln Park, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Noemi, Julie, Angie, Leah, Lauren, Christian, Nicholas and Ava. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
