With solemn reverence, we commemorate Jane Dowling (East Brunswick, New Jersey), born in Rahway, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on August 16, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Julia Miller; her brother Matt Miller; her in-laws, Geraldine and Robert Dowling; and her sister-in-law Darleen Spidel.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Dowling; her children, Ellen, Brian (Nayda), Kevin and Michael (Grace); her grandchildren, Jada, Sophie, Grace, Caroline and Riley; her siblings-in-law, Robert and Marianne Dowling; her sister Catherine; and her brother-in-law Louis. She is also survived by many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Jane may be made to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul at Holy Family Parish, New Brunswick.

“Dear Dick and family, my name is Murph and Janie and I met in 1969’when we were working in ICU at Rahway Hosoural. I was working with one of our best friends, Mary- Jane’s future co- worker at Rahway Hospice. Kind, caring, great Irish wit- loved her catholic faith, etc- a blessing to me , would go out of her way to meet me and Mary at the diner on Route 22 Kenilworth when I’d come into town from Alabama- great, great lady! Her love for her family and friends , her patients. Preceded her. RIP”
