He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Higgins (Thrunk); his children, Henry Elling (Candace), George Higgins (Lynda) and Sharon Dolan (John); his siblings, Terrance Higgins, Noreen "Renee" Karczewski, Dolores "Laurie" DeGeneraro and Margaret "Peggy" McManus; his grandchildren, Mandy, Christy, Kiley, Peyton, Shannon, Keara, Kevin and Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Savannah, Christian, Ryan and Austin. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
