She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond A. Peterson; and her parents, John Bartos and Margaret Bartos (Sanders). She is survived by: her sons, Glenn R. Peterson of Monroe Twp and Jeffrey J. Peterson (Margaret "Lou" Coffey) of Durham, NC; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lyzen (Frank, III) of Raleigh, NC and Bryan Peterson of Holly Springs, NC; and her great grandchildren, Austin and Carter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
