She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Cocoros and Stella Cocoros; and her husband Michael Alfieris. She is survived by: her children, Dr. George Alfieris and Maria Alfieris; her grandchildren, Michael Thomas Alfieris and Madeline Anne Alfieris; her great grandchild Margaret Paige Alfieris; and her goddaughter Joanne D'Onofrio.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (41-47 Wisteria St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Van Liew Cemetery (585 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902).
