He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Ciraulo and Lillian Ciraulo; and his siblings, Henry Ciraulo, Rose Ciraulo, Mary Ciraulo and Joseph Ciraulo.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Helfant of Monroe Township; his son Charles Jr.; his stepdaughter Karalee Harrigan; his nieces, Marisa Niebler and Andrea Goldstein; and his nephew William Ciraulo.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816).
