The memory of Barbara Corson in East Brunswick, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Julia Smith; her husband Robert Corson; her son-in-law Michael Lyon; and her grandson Corey Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Lyon of Ocean Grove, Debbie Jones (Bill) of Washington, Diane Kioski (Joe) of Monroe Township, Nancy Yauch (Dan) of Southampton, PA and Lisa Burke (Jim) of Jamesburg; her brother Thomas Smith (Maria); and her grandchildren, Rachel, Casey, Kelley Lyon, Mellisa, Connor Jones, Brad Kioski, Chelsie, Mallory, Kyle Yauch, Jesse and Dakota Burke. She is also survived by her thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A prayer will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Immaculate Conception R. C. Church (18 South St, Spotswood, NJ 08884).
