He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Booke and Clara Booke; his wife Rita Booke; and his brother Martin Booke. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Donna) of Northampton, PA., Steven (Tara) of North Brunswick, Jason (Tanya) of Encino, CA and Cynthia Harris (Jason) of Allentown, NJ; his grandchildren, Marina, Lorelei, Dana, Danielle, Ella and Sophia; and his great grandchildren, Jax, Mya, Piper and Josiah.
