With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alita Sayong of East Brunswick, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alita left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her husband Salvador Sayong; her son Salvador Sayong, Jr.; her mother Apolinaria Berida; her siblings, Pacifico, Teresita, Estela and Alicia; and her granddaughter Melyssa.

She is survived by: her children, Marian Tyburczy (Mark) of Princeton, Joshua Sayong (Kathleen) of California, Manolito Sayong of East Brunswick, Epifanio Sayong of East Brunswick and Edwin Sayong of Texas; her sisters, Edita and Violeta of Jersey City; her grandchildren, Nicole (Jimmy), Michael (Sana), Leila, Keila and Christopher; and her great grandchild Emi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine of Canterbury R. C. Church.
