She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis C., Sr. and Jeannette C. Grau (Mitkoski); her husband Felix M. Battista; and her siblings, Irene Amici, June Bain, Louis Grau, Pat Taylor and Margaret Robibara.
She is survived by: her daughter Felicia Minarchi (Chris) of Whiting; her grandchildren, Matthew Rifino (Melissa) of Long Valley, Jana Berthel (Peter) of Basking Ridge, Giancarlo Rifino of Basking Ridge and Vincent Rifino (Annie) of Branchburg; her great grandchildren, Jameson, Belle, Jones, Ellis and Genevieve; and also, Irene Furtado, Cecilia Murphy, Robin Flores, Sherry Furtado and Kenny Furtado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home (233 Dunellen Ave, Dunellen, NJ 08812). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
