He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howley and Mary Howley; and his wife Lorraine. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Pellicano (Michael); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Emily; and his siblings, Steve Howley of Bayonne and Veronica Preola of Blanca, Colorado..
